SITE DETAILS
Our site is 14 Tunnel Beach Road, Dunedin. Located on and looking down the southern coast of Dunedin right next to the infamous Tunnel Beach with walking track. The coast is rugged, but beautiful and the site enjoys very high sunlight hours, but also exposed to the winds. It is near the Blackhead surf break and Rock Quarry.
The site is 2 Hectares, which is inclusive of the long driveway. Of the 5 sites in this subdivision, ours sites slightly higher, which opens the view to the south and captures first and last light of the day almost all year round due to the almost complete horizon view. We also enjoy views of Dunedin's surrounding Hills/Mounts - Cargill, Saddle, Flagstaff and Signal.
