Tiled wet areas / showers only in bathrooms.

No wall to wall fixed carpet.

Matt, non slippery finish.  Straight off the foundation pour.  See example image below.

No wall to wall fixed carpet.

Which is more affordable?

Bamboo colouring will provide feeling of warmth, and keep a nice wood + white theme throughout the house which we like.

Simplicity and style of concrete throughout could be really nice, including going into bathrooms.  But will be be too hard and uncomfortable? Literally and figuratively.
